Payment & Shipping FAQs
Common questions about payments and shipping
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
For established customers (3+ orders), we offer Net 30 payment terms where you pay the full amount 30 days after shipment. We don't currently offer installment plans, but the 50/50 payment structure (50% deposit, 50% before shipping) helps spread costs. For very large orders ($10,000+), we can discuss custom payment arrangements.
What happens if my shipment is delayed or lost?
All shipments include tracking numbers. For express/air freight, we provide full insurance coverage at no extra cost. If a shipment is delayed, we work directly with carriers to resolve issues. In the rare case of loss or damage, insurance covers the full order value. Sea freight insurance is optional (recommended) and costs 1-2% of order value.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Absolutely! Many customers prefer using their own freight forwarders, especially for large orders. Choose EXW or FOB Incoterm, and we'll coordinate pickup with your forwarder. We provide all necessary export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin). Your forwarder handles shipping, customs, and delivery.
Do you charge any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Our quotes include all production costs. You pay separately for: (1) Shipping (calculated based on weight/destination), (2) Import duties (paid to your country's customs), (3) Optional rush fees if requested. Everything is clearly itemized in your quote. What you see is what you pay.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, we email you: tracking number, carrier name, estimated delivery date, and tracking link. For express/air freight, tracking updates every 24 hours. For sea freight, we provide container number and vessel tracking. You can also contact us anytime for shipment status updates.
What are typical import duty rates?
Import duties vary by country: USA: 16.5% (sportswear HS code 6114), UK: 12% + 20% VAT, EU: 12% + local VAT (19-27%), Canada: 18% + GST/HST, Australia: 5% + 10% GST. Duties are paid to your country's customs, not to us. We provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance.
