Do you ship to my country?

Who pays import duties and taxes?
Depends on Incoterm: FOB/CIF/EXW — you pay duties to your customs. DDP — we pay all duties and deliver to your door (highest cost but hassle-free). Most customers choose CIF for best balance of cost and convenience.
What if my shipment gets stuck in customs?
Rare but possible. We provide all necessary documentation to prevent delays. If customs requests additional info, we respond within 24 hours. For DDP orders, we handle all customs issues. Average customs clearance: 1-3 days.
Can I use my own customs broker?
Yes! Many customers use their own brokers, especially for large orders. Choose FOB or EXW Incoterm. We'll provide all export documents and coordinate with your broker. Common for experienced importers with established relationships.
Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
Yes! Choose DDP Incoterm for complete door-to-door service. We handle: export from Pakistan, ocean/air freight, customs clearance, import duties, and final delivery to your address. Most expensive option but zero hassle for you.
What payment methods work for international orders?
Bank wire transfer (recommended for international), PayPal (under $2,000), Credit card via Stripe, Western Union. Wire transfer has lowest fees for large orders. We provide bank details in multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP).
