Submit RFQ (Request for Quote)
Fill out our comprehensive RFQ form with your requirements. Include: product type (jerseys, hoodies, etc.), quantity, sizes, colors, branding method, and any special requests. The more details you provide, the more accurate our quote will be.
Quote Review & Discussion
Our sales team reviews your RFQ and prepares a detailed quote including: unit pricing (with volume discounts), production timeline, shipping options, payment terms, and any technical recommendations. We'll schedule a call or video meeting to discuss.

Sample Production (Optional)
For first-time orders or complex designs, we recommend ordering a physical sample. Sample production takes 5-7 days. Sample cost: $50-80 per piece (refunded if you proceed with bulk order). This ensures perfect color matching and quality before bulk production.

Bulk Production & Quality Control
After design approval (and sample approval if ordered), we begin bulk production. Standard timeline: 15-18 days. Rush production available (10-12 days) for +15% fee. We send progress photos at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% completion.

The more details, the faster we can quote.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Standard quotes are delivered within 24 hours (business days). For complex custom designs or large orders (500+ pieces), allow 48 hours. Rush quotes available in 4-6 hours for urgent projects. We respond to all inquiries, even if we can't meet your requirements.
Can I negotiate pricing or payment terms?
Yes! Our initial quotes are competitive, but we're flexible for larger orders (200+ pieces), repeat customers, or long-term partnerships. Payment terms: standard is 50/50, but established customers (3+ orders) can request Net 30 terms. Volume discounts automatically apply at 100, 250, 500, and 1000+ pieces.
What if I need changes after production starts?
Minor changes (size ratio adjustments, shipping address) are free if requested within 48 hours of production start. Design changes after approval incur fees: $50-150 depending on complexity and production stage. Color changes after fabric cutting are not possible. We always send pre-production samples for approval to avoid issues.
Do you offer rush production for urgent orders?
Yes! Rush production reduces timeline from 15-18 days to 10-12 days for a +15% fee. Super rush (7-9 days) available for +25% fee, subject to factory capacity. Rush orders require: immediate design approval, 100% upfront payment, and express shipping. Not available during peak season (September-November).
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the final product?
We have a 4-stage quality control process to prevent issues. If there's a manufacturing defect (wrong colors, sizing errors, print defects), we'll remake at no cost. If you're unhappy with an approved design, we can't offer refunds, but we'll work with you on future orders. This is why we recommend ordering samples first for new customers.
