Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing MAVYQ services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with MAVYQ Manufacturing as a wholesale sportswear supplier and apply to all orders, quotes, and business transactions.

2. Wholesale Orders & MOQ

All orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ):

• • Standard products: 200 units per design/colorway
• • Custom designs: 500 units per design
• • Sample orders: 50 units minimum

Pricing varies based on order volume, customization complexity, fabric selection, and market conditions. All quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment structure:

• • 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• • 70% balance before shipment
• • Payment via T/T bank transfer, L/C, or agreed methods
• • Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest

Established clients may qualify for extended payment terms after credit evaluation.

4. Production & Delivery

Production timelines:

• • Standard orders: 15-25 working days
• • Custom designs: 20-30 working days
• • Rush orders: 10-15 days (additional 20% charge)

Timelines start from artwork approval and deposit receipt. Delays due to client changes or approvals extend delivery accordingly.

5. Quality Assurance & Returns

Quality standards:

• • ISO 9001:2015 certified processes
• • Pre-shipment quality inspection
• • Defect claims within 7 days of receipt
• • Photographic evidence required for claims

We replace or refund defective items. Custom orders are non-returnable unless manufacturing defects exist.

6. Intellectual Property

Client designs and artwork remain client property. MAVYQ retains rights to:

• • Manufacturing processes and techniques
• • Use completed products for marketing (with permission)
• • Confidentiality of proprietary information

7. Force Majeure

MAVYQ is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or pandemic restrictions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Sialkot, Pakistan under Pakistani law. Both parties agree to good faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
